Participants in the 2001  Run- Through-Redlands just moments after the start of the run. During the past Eighteen years the run has become the biggest in the Inland Area, attracting runners of all ages from through out Southern California.  The run features a USATF Certified 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon

Over the years the event has attracted strong participation by families groups, many with young children.  In 1997 the course was re-certified to move the finish line to the area of the Redlands Bowl.  This change allowed for an outdoor expo and post event activities participants and their families enjoy.

At the sound of the air horn announcing the start of the 18th Annual Run-Through-Redlands, more than 1100 5K runners head out from the starting line on Redlands Blvd, just outside of the Redlands Mall staging area.

Held at the end of April, running conditions are nearly always ideal, with cool starting temperatures.  Much of the course is over tree lined streets past the many interesting old Victorian homes and affording a unique glimpse of the community.

Not just for competitive runners, the event has attracted family participation and many spectators. The Kinder Dash has been a favorite for the youngsters who get in the spirit watching the big people having fun
